Sweet Baby Leah Part 2

So, I already posted some of the baby pics from this session but wanted to include some of the family. This has been my favorite shoot yet. The lighting was superb and it was a great experience. The best part was that I didn't have to post edit any of the pictures (if I didn't want to). That's a first! Thanks Seaburn Family for a great day! Your family is adorable.

Hershfield Family

Ok, I am super behind in posting to my blog. I guess that's a good sign that I've been busy. This cute family goes to our elementary school. They were super fun to spend the afternoon with. It was super easy to get perfect smiles out of their little boy, but the little girl, well, she made me work for it! She was so sassy and cute, I loved it. Anyway, not hard to get a good shot of such a good looking family.

Sweet Baby Leah

So, this is not the shoot that should be next up on my blog, but Leah's mom asked me to send over a couple pictures so she could start working on the announcement..... So, thought I would share this beautiful baby girl with all of you! Leah was my first paying newborn shoot so I was super excited. I decided on black and white for the announcements so that's what you will see here. Will post more from our session later!

The Daniels Family

This cute family came all the way from Washington to have me take their pictures. Ok, that's totally not true, but a girl can dream, right? They were however, my first client whom I had never met, who had seen some work I had done for a family member of theirs and decided to hire me. So, that's pretty cool. They were visiting family and we met down at the beach to get some shots. Due to the hectic schedule of vacation, the kids weren't cooperating as much as mom and dad had hoped. But they did great and I think we got some good ones. The kids were really tired so I was able to catch a lot of sweet mother/child moments that I love! Enjoy.

The Tingey Family

This family is awesome!! I had a great time meeting them for an early morning photo sesh. And it was a true test of character for mom and dad when an hour into the shoot, my CF card said there were NO images on it! I thought I had lost everything. I wanted to puke. And the kids were DONE, so there was no time for reenactment. And you know what, they were awesome about it. So mellow and understanding. Long story short, we found the pics and all was good. Thanks guys for being so great! So Cal will miss you.

So these adorable kids' mom and I went to high school together. And it had been since HS that we had seen each other. Gotta love Facebook! It was great to see her and get to spend the morning with her great kids!
